It is Bell Online Chat! Describe you complaint or issue in the chat and try to get answer or get your problem resolved until it is done. Do not let the customer service representative go, do not release him or her until your problem resolved! This is their job: make problems, then resolve problems. It is Bell’s choice! Customers can not help with this…
There is a law “Statement of Consumer Rights”, which applies to your local home telephone services. It states that if there were any billing errors that caused additional charges (i.e. overbilled), customer has a right for refund during one year for recurring services and 150 days for non-recurring.
Bell Canada added two extra features with additional fees to the Home Phone Choice service plan without customer’s consent. Those features are Phone Care and Wire Care maintenance plans, giving additional fees of $13.90 CAD + taxes. Customer tried to escalate the complaint to Bell, but Bell did not admit that it was an error from their side. Beware of this practice in Bell Canada, and regularly check your bills for new or increased charges and fees. In case of any discrepancy contact Bell directly, or CRTC to complain and get your issue resolved.
It was one of the last warm sunny days in Fall 2010. We went to Niagara region from Toronto. As soon as we arrived in Niagara Falls, I got a service message on my Rogers Pay-As-You-Go cell phone from 5000 number.
Here is a complaint from one of our readers on CIBC credit cards services provided by CIBC customer support team.
I had an old CIBC Dividend credit card which expired several months ago. It had a negative balance, i.e. CIBC owed me money. I had changed my address before credit card expiration, but did not update that information in CIBC. So, I have not received the new reissued Dividend card.
It is the time to top-up my balance in Rogers Pay-As-You-Go account (cell phone) before expiration date. I’m going to “My Rogers” web page and it is down again.
July 1, 2010 was the day when a a lot of products and services became more expensive by 8% in Ontario and by 7% in British Columbia due to HST law.
One of such services is fitness. Most of the fitness places, gyms, aerobic and running rooms, etc. have momentarily increased their membership fees.
It was an outrageous incident with CIBC customer service representatives by phone at one of the car dealerships in Toronto. I was buying a car and wanted to pay for extended warranty by several credit cards. All the credit cards have been successfully accepted, but CIBC Divident card has not been! The payment did not go through.
Do you remember their former slogan: “Rogers – The most reliable network”? I’m thinking of it every time when I’m speaking on the phone and elevator’s doors are closing, or in the airport, or many other places where Rogers signal becomes very weak or disappears at all.
