AgeLessShop.com Complaint: Expired, Unsealed, Empty Cosmetic

Trueler has received a complaint on “AgeLessShop.com – Anti-Aging and Cosmetic Products” online store which operates in Canada. The customer received from AgeLessShop.com a box of Adovia Mineral Skin Care moisturizing day cream which was expired, the seal was broken, the tube was only about 30% full, and the box had some phrases removed by corrector… AgeLessShop.com was totally ignoring customer’s inquires about this issue…

Rogers Internet Overage Charges due to Wrong Usage Counter. Beware!

Beware of this rip-off practice from Rogers with overage charges! Check your Internet usage regularly and if you ever think that it does not seem right, contact Rogers to figure out what is going on with their usage counters!
Here is a complaint from one of the Rogers High-Speed Internet Customers who was charged by Rogers for over usage of internet download/upload limit because their own usage counters were broken.

Memory Foam Pillows Scam on TeamBuy from iSkinMedix

Two deals featured by TeamBuy from iSkinMedix in September 2011 turned to be a scam. Customers placed orders months ago, but have not received anything yet. TeamBuy does not provide refunds to everyone giving some excuses or not responding to consumers at all. Instead of making things right, TeamBuy became the same scam as iSkinMedix letting thousands of their customers down…

TeamBuy does not have any kind of promises like other group buying websites like Groupon, DealFind, WagJag. Maybe it’s OK for TeamBuy not to stand for their own customers? No promises, no guarantees… Let scam going on… It’s that easy…

Complaint on Oral-B Toothbrush from XSV 360 and DealTicker

Beware of scams from XSV 360 and Dealticker! I purchased what was advertised as Oral B brushes – 12 for $34 inclusive of shipping and taxes – from Dealticker. Dealticker “deal” was supposedly to submit a “Voucher” on XSV 360 website. According to XSV 360, the voucher or coupon holder was to please “allow 24-28 hours after a deal has ended” before trying to redeem a coupon, and to “allow 7 days for delivery”. After almost 2 weeks, the status of my shipping was still showing “processing”, and half a dozen e-mails to XSV 360 and to Dealticker were all unanswered…

Fake Toshiba Memory Cards from XSV 360 on DealFind

XSV 360 was created to run shady daily deals on DealFind, DealTicker, WagJag, SwarmJam, Groupon, WebPiggy, Buy2, JabrDeals, PriceDodger, etc… They sell many scam products like Energy Balance Bracelets with ion technology, Kinoki Foot Pads, fake PNY 32GB SDHC memory cards, fake Vapur bottles, HCG diet stuff, and so on. But one of the latest deals showed really unacceptable support from DealFind with their fake “32GB SDHC Memory Cards Class 10 Powered by Toshiba”…

World Wide Connect Calling Cards Complaint

Trueler has received complaint on World Wide Connect Calling Cards (http://www.world-wide-calling.com) purchased on one of the daily deal websites – DealTicker.com
Initial investigation showed that it is a fresh website created for featuring on daily deal websites, and itself is very suspicious. As a potential customer I would never buy any services from them and as a daily deal site (if I were one of them) I would definitely NOT advertise World Wide Connect Calling Cards.

Holographic Energy Bands, Bracelets and Watches Scam

Many online stores like Power Balance, Amazon, BeBalanced Products are selling so called Hologram or Energy bracelets, necklace, watches, bands with magic features as they claim. Don’t let them fool you! They don’t work at all. Unless the price for this “magic” bracelet is $2 you are getting ripped off! Go to dollar store if you really want one. The effect could be even better than if you buy it for $20, because you save a lot! Don’t fall into this scam and beware! Inform people!

Negative Ion Bands, Bracelet and Sports Watch Scam

Reasons why “Negative Ion” bands, bracelets and watches do not work: There is no study or research which proves medical or health benefits from wearing “Negative Ion” stuff; Small piece of plastic physically can’t emit negative ions into the body.

However a lot of daily deal companies are still featuring Health Sport Watch Depot, LiveEZ Now, Powered Harmony and other “Negative Ion” bands “entrepreneurs”.
