Beware of scams from XSV 360 and Dealticker! I purchased what was advertised as Oral B brushes – 12 for $34 inclusive of shipping and taxes – from Dealticker. Dealticker “deal” was supposedly to submit a “Voucher” on XSV 360 website. According to XSV 360, the voucher or coupon holder was to please “allow 24-28 hours after a deal has ended” before trying to redeem a coupon, and to “allow 7 days for delivery”. After almost 2 weeks, the status of my shipping was still showing “processing”, and half a dozen e-mails to XSV 360 and to Dealticker were all unanswered…
XSV 360 was created to run shady daily deals on DealFind, DealTicker, WagJag, SwarmJam, Groupon, WebPiggy, Buy2, JabrDeals, PriceDodger, etc… They sell many scam products like Energy Balance Bracelets with ion technology, Kinoki Foot Pads, fake PNY 32GB SDHC memory cards, fake Vapur bottles, HCG diet stuff, and so on. But one of the latest deals showed really unacceptable support from DealFind with their fake “32GB SDHC Memory Cards Class 10 Powered by Toshiba”…
There was absolutely nothing about “Coupon has free shipping up to $85” in the advertisement on RedFlagDeals, even shipping calculation showed FREE. And only after they got all your personal information during checkout they added up another $85 for “free” shipping. It is just one more “Bait and switch” deal…
Bell is an ongoing nightmare with me, even though I have cancelled them since July. Here’s the entire story. I cancelled them on June the 30th for my home phone and internet. They told me that after a month, all the services would be cut off. WRONG!
Trueler has received complaint on World Wide Connect Calling Cards (http://www.world-wide-calling.com) purchased on one of the daily deal websites – DealTicker.com
Initial investigation showed that it is a fresh website created for featuring on daily deal websites, and itself is very suspicious. As a potential customer I would never buy any services from them and as a daily deal site (if I were one of them) I would definitely NOT advertise World Wide Connect Calling Cards.
It’s a fraud! In fact these scammers will suck more than $1000 out of you, and what is even more important – you may experience what identity lost is, and will receive just a piece of plastic instead of promised gift card.
Many online stores like Power Balance, Amazon, BeBalanced Products are selling so called Hologram or Energy bracelets, necklace, watches, bands with magic features as they claim. Don’t let them fool you! They don’t work at all. Unless the price for this “magic” bracelet is $2 you are getting ripped off! Go to dollar store if you really want one. The effect could be even better than if you buy it for $20, because you save a lot! Don’t fall into this scam and beware! Inform people!
Reasons why “Negative Ion” bands, bracelets and watches do not work: There is no study or research which proves medical or health benefits from wearing “Negative Ion” stuff; Small piece of plastic physically can’t emit negative ions into the body.
However a lot of daily deal companies are still featuring Health Sport Watch Depot, LiveEZ Now, Powered Harmony and other “Negative Ion” bands “entrepreneurs”.
…..I have had at least 3 fraudulent charges and withdrawals from my bank account…my paypal account..this has been the biggest nightmare of my life. The overdraft fees, fraudulent charges, threatening phone calls, multiple hits on my credit….This company deserves to be found and brought to justice. I am out almost 3200.00
Here is a complaint on KTTC – Key to the City Roadside Assistance (keytothecity.ca) program. So far, the customer lost this membership cost, a lot of time, and ~$300 on alternative help because this company refused to help when they were needed the most.
